FROM THE EAST (Raleigh 240 mi., Winston Salem 155 mi., Greensboro 165 mi.) Travel I-40 West directly into the city limits of Asheville. Take Exit 50 B, which reads "Asheville and Biltmore Estate". Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Stay in the right hand lane. Travel approximately 1 mile; Cedar Crest will be on your right.
FROM THE WEST (Knoxville 110 mi., Nashville 290 mi.) Travel I-40 East directly into the city limits of Asheville. Take Exit 50, which reads "Asheville and Biltmore Estate". Turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Stay in the right hand lane. Travel approximately 1 mile; Cedar Crest will be on your right.
FROM THE NORTH (Johnson City 65 mi.) Traveling Route 19/23, take the exit for Patton Avenue towards downtown Asheville. Continue straight on Patton Avenue through town until you reach Pack Square (the center of town), at the intersection of Patton and Broadway. Turn right on Broadway, which will soon turn into Biltmore Avenue. Travel 1.7 miles; Cedar Crest will be on your left.
FROM THE SOUTH (Atlanta 200 mi, Columbia 150 mi., Charleston 265 mi.) Traveling I-26 West, pick up I-40 East towards Asheville. DO NOT take 240 (expressway). Follow 40 East until Exit 50, which reads "Asheville and Biltmore Estate". Turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Stay in the right hand lane. Travel approximately 1 mile; Cedar Crest will be on your right.
Travel Tips to Find Us
When traveling north on Biltmore Avenue toward downtown, it is very important to stay in the right lane. Should you find yourself in the left lane, the road forks, and you will soon find yourself at Biltmore Estate.
After traveling one mile from the I-40 exit, some landmarks you will see on the right are a sign for Biltmore Garden Apartments, followed by Caledonia Street. Upon reaching Caledonia Street, put on the brakes and start to slow down. Our driveway is immediately following Caledonia Street. It is a sharp right turn, up a steep driveway.
When traveling south on Biltmore Avenue, towards Biltmore Estate, you will see our large blue and white sign for our property, on the left. At this point, put on the brakes, as our driveway is immediately following the sign.
Cedar Crest is a large pink and white Victorian mansion dramatically perched on a hill overlooking Biltmore Avenue. Park in front of the house and ring the doorbell. We look forward to sharing our beautiful home with you!
